Getting Started

Welcome to PancreaTrack — a clinical-grade symptom and nutrition tracker designed specifically for patients with chronic pancreatitis, EPI, and post-TPIAT conditions.

What is PancreaTrack?

PancreaTrack helps you log and understand your daily health data — pain episodes, meals, bowel patterns, lab values, and glucose levels — and share a clear clinical picture with your care team. Unlike general health apps, every feature is built around the specific needs of pancreatic disease patients.

Getting the Most Out of PancreaTrack

The platform works best when you log consistently. Even brief daily entries — a pain score and a meal — give your physician meaningful trend data within 2–3 weeks. Sporadic logging still helps, but patterns require at least 10–15 data points to become statistically reliable.

Tip

Log meals at the time you eat, not at the end of the day. Fat gram estimates are more accurate when the meal is fresh in your memory.
