Partnership Opportunities

PancreaTrack is actively seeking clinical, academic, and industry partners to expand access, validate outcomes, and advance research in chronic pancreatic disease.

Who We're Looking For

🏥
Academic Medical Centers
Pancreatic disease programs interested in co-investigating patient-generated data as a clinical instrument.
🔬
Clinical Researchers
Investigators running observational studies, registries, or trials who need longitudinal PGHD as an outcomes tool.
💊
Industry Partners
PERT manufacturers, CGM companies, and nutrition brands seeking real-world outcomes data in chronic pancreatic disease.
🤝
Patient Advocacy Organizations
Organizations serving patients with chronic pancreatitis, EPI, and pancreatogenic diabetes who want to offer their communities a tracking tool.

What We Offer Partners

  • De-identified data exports — Structured, anonymized longitudinal datasets from enrolled patients (subject to IRB approval and data use agreement)
  • Co-investigator collaboration — PancreaTrack team participation in grant applications and study design
  • Platform customization — Institution-specific onboarding flows, provider cohort management, and custom data fields for study-specific variables
  • API access — Programmatic access to aggregated, de-identified patient data for institutional research use (roadmap item; contact us to discuss)
  • Patient referral pathways — PancreaTrack can be recommended directly to patients in your clinical program; we support bulk provider linking and cohort enrollment workflows

What We Ask of Partners

  • IRB sponsorship or co-sponsorship for formal study activities
  • Physician portal participation (physicians link to study patients)
  • Feedback on clinical utility through structured surveys
  • Co-authorship contribution on resulting publications (per ICMJE criteria)

Current Partnership Status

🚀
Seeking founding research partners

PancreaTrack is in the early partnership formation stage. We are looking for 2–3 institutions to serve as founding clinical sites for our pilot study. Founding partners will have input on study design and co-investigator status on resulting publications.

Industry Partnership Considerations

We welcome conversations with industry partners under the following terms:

  • All research partnerships are disclosed to study participants and in any resulting publications
  • Industry partners do not have access to identifiable patient data under any circumstances
  • Data interpretation and publication decisions are controlled by the PancreaTrack research team and co-investigators — not by industry partners
  • Sponsored research agreements must be reviewed by a sponsoring institution's grants office if institutional co-investigators are involved

Patient Advocacy Partnerships

We are interested in formal relationships with patient advocacy organizations that serve the chronic pancreatitis and EPI communities, including:

  • National Pancreas Foundation
  • Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (for EPI following pancreatic cancer treatment)
  • TPIAT patient communities and support networks
  • Rare GI disease patient advocacy groups

We offer advocacy partners:

  • Subsidized or free Pro access for their members (subject to negotiation)
  • Co-branded educational materials
  • Aggregate, de-identified data reports on the health status of their member community (with appropriate consent)
